Administration Fee

Having this Administration Fee separate from the Entry Fee is our clearest way to cover costs and offer the best service possible. This Admin fee covers costs separate from producing the event including: credit card and Paypal fees; IT expenditure; bank fees; administration of the registration database and team member name changes; VAT at 20%. GPS Tracking Hire Fee

This is a wilderness event in some remote country. For safety we want to ensure we can keep track of where you are. This system has the added advantage of your supporters being able to follow you online from basecamp or from the comfort of their armchairs at home. By hiring this satellite tracker you accept the terms of hire and the costs of replacement is $150.
